Introduction..

          Poshak started cattle feed manufacturing in the year 2000 with unique idea of densified Total Mixed Ration (DTMR). The idea behind DTMR was to provide dairy farms the latest concept of feeding their dairy animals; scientifically formulated, technically manufactured, hygienically packed, economically viable and completely balanced one day packed ration for easy handling and storage.
To make the project commercially sustainable, three hurdles were identified; first was Efficient Machinery, second Market Research and third Product Research. To synchronize the development activities. Market research was professionally carried out in more than five states, hundred dairy farms and hundred volunteers were studied to find out the exact need of the consumers; so as to design a product. Team of scientist were put on task to formulate the product and test its performance parameters on research animals; for four consecutive years and two successive Progeny. The out comes was par excellence.
Similarly the machinery side was put to development and with in a short span of five years the densified TMR Plant with indigenously developed automatic efficient machines was a Dream come true.
          As on today; more then 7 Millions Blocks of DTMR has been produced and marketed by Poshak.
          Today the company has erected Four Turn Key Projects in different locations in India and one in the republic of Iran. The project provides a bright opportunity for entrepreneurs to enter growing dairy feed industry with a latest and internationally proven dairy animal feeding system.
